| As new tests are made available at the Laboratory, the
Director of ADDL is authorized on behalf of the State Board
of Animal Health to establish and announce interim fees, which
shall not exceed the direct cost. Definitive rates for these
tests will be established and approved no later than the end
of each respective fiscal year in accordance with the procedure
set forth in the Indiana State Statute.
