ACCESSION FEE
| This fee is charged for every
case submitted to the ADDL, excluding cases involving only
serology or miscellaneous tests. In addition, an accession
fee will be charged for all cases sent to a non-ADDL laboratory.
Testing fees for any case are charged in addition to any applicable
accession fee. |
