ADDL FEE SCHEDULE

Charges will not be levied for state or federally mandated tests.

Out of state submissions (applied only if both the referring veterinarian and owner are out of state) will be charged at two times the in-state rates quoted herein.

Any testing requiring the sample to be sent to a non-ADDL laboratory will be charged at the rate of that laboratory or billed directly from the laboratory performing the test. (List of Subcontracted Tests . Note: this list is subject to change without notic)

Postage costs for shipment of samples to other laboratories, if requested by the referring veterinarian, will be re-charged. These recharges also include serology testing.
